Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Beta Classic. L'équipe a pris le temps nécessaire pour écouter et comprendre notre projet. SCAMMERS! Horrible experience! I bought a ring for 260€ last year from them, it got broken while I was driving, by me holding the gear box (imagine how low quality the pieces that they sell). I brought it back, because when I was buying it they gave me the “life-time guarentee” if anything happens. The woman called me “entitled” to request to repair it for free. She didn’t repair it, on top of that she broke it even more. When I gave her the ring, it was in 2 pieces, when she brought it back to me it was in 3. After all these drama, I didn’t want to wear the ring anymore at all. So I wanted to sell it. You will not believe how much the gold shops in the same street offered to pay for the piece, 35€ only 😂😂 and the “diamonds” the woman in the shop was proudly mentioning, were apparently worthless. The gold shop said “They are like sand, they are so tiny and not good quality that noone in this street gonna pay anything for the diamonds on this ring.” Never buy anything from them if you care for your money!! The service is horrible, they overcharge you for worthless pieces, and without any shame the woman there was super disrespectful. If this happened to me in any other place, the shop would be so ashamed that they would fix it for free just to save their reputation. Here the woman even calls you “entitled” for asking for your rights. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT STEPPING INSIDE.

Wir waren in Antwerpen um uns Eheringe zu suchen und bei Beta Classic sind wir fündig geworden. Tolle Beratung, schöne Auswahl und man hat sich intensiv Zeit für uns genommen und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Solche herausragende Gespräche habe ich in Deutschland nicht. Service wird hier groß geschrieben - ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren dort Anfang Juli. In der Gegend befinden sich viele Juweliere. Warum wir dieses Geschäft ausgewählt haben, lag daran dass im Schaufenster die wunderschöne Wäre mit Preisen versehen war. Und im Geschäft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Tolle Beratung und man hat sich richtig Zeit für uns genommen. Was wir uns gekauft haben, diese Qualität bei den Diamanten haben wir in Deutschland noch nicht gesehen.

A lovely experience, found a ring that was so beautifully uniquely different from the rest of the shops all around. And we were treated very well. The only thing was that the tax refund took a few months to post on our bank account, but that wasn't their fault, just took awhile internationally via the credit card company.
