The absolute worst company. Please stay away from this Gosselin moving company at all cost.
We made the biggest error going with them for our move from Brussels even though we were already warned by different people, but they had a very good sales guy that convinced us otherwise.

They did an absolutely terrible job in packing our items, and unfortunately, we only realised that on the other side, when our items arrived broken and boxes lost.
Our hungarian crystal glasses, plates, bowls, and television.
None of those delicate items were packed with care.
2 of the lost boxes had our kid's sentimental items like their first blankets, hospital cards, etc, but these horrible heartless, cruel, careless, greedy people couldn't even issue an apology.

Please, please save yourself the hustle and burden and stay away from gosselin.
Shame on you. Shame on you!

Thanks to Gosselin Moving Company, Antwerp, Belgium and Rainier Overseas Movers in Washington State USA for a perfect door-to-door household goods move from Gig Harbor, Washington, to Brittany, France!
From my initial contact to staging our shipment to pick-up to containerization to customs and duty on both ends to final delivery in Europe by the pros at Gosselin Groups, everything went like clockwork. There was absolutely no evidence of even the slightest damage to our shipment.
Shana at Gosselin contacted me just a couple weeks after the shipment had been picked up to let me know that the household goods were scheduled to be at our door within a month. Shana was in contact several times to check details on our location, house access, truck parking, and more. Just prior to the the move, Gosselin contacted me every couple days to confirm our delivery appointment.
Our household goods shipment arrived at our door exactly on time on the day promised! The entire shipment door-to-door took about 6 weeks - very fast.
The Gosselin truck was able to park right at our door and the two gentlemen had our contents unloaded and placed neatly in our storage room on the 1er étage within a couple hours.
The contents arrived in perfect condition! The two gentlemen were very polite, spoke excellent English, and were very careful in our house, leaving not a scratch despite having to climb the ancient wooden stairs with about 40 containers.
Excellent moving services door-to-door.

Be aware of this company. They tricked us and lost 3 valuable pieces. The entire delivery process felt like a big scam. The truck had no company logo, and everything felt they just wanted to leave as fast as possible.
I can only give every customer the advice to be very careful and document every single step. The best way would be not to make a contract at all.

I add an answer to your reaction:
If there would be an option for no stars, I would choose it. I was at my house in the US when the US company closed the box, and we signed the delivery papers (each individual item). Now you tell me you never received the items....but why did you accept the paperwork and deliver the rest.
You are not a moving company-you are a group of lies. It's unbelievable how you do business, and I can only warn everyone out there to search for another option!!

I used this company 2 times in 6 months time. I paid over 20,000 euros to get me stuff shipped, which I was okay with.

What I did not like is the fact that they don’t take their responsibility for anything!

First they came to my place with a small van, which was already loaded for 75%. They knew very good I needed an empty truck and not a full van. We slept between boxes and chaos that night.

The day after, they damaged my monitor (some of the movers damaged the screen). The monitor cost €2,000 since it’s a special one.

The movers told me that the company will cover the expenses so I was okay with it. Now I receive an email they they will reimburse me €30!

Unprofessional, and the service fees don’t match the service. I don’t recommend using this company!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. First, only one person showed up for the delivery, which forced me to hire additional help to move the items into the house. This was after the company failed to deliver on the originally scheduled day, and no one even informed me about the delay! I had to chase them down, practically begging for updates on when my goods would actually arrive.
To make matters worse, when the delivery finally happened, again, just ONE person arrived. My family members, who are recovering from illness, couldn’t assist, so I had to pay out of pocket for help — twice. I requested a refund for these additional costs, but it has been months, and they still haven’t resolved the issue. Every week, I receive new excuses, with no real action being taken.
The lack of communication was appalling, and their promises about the service were completely misleading. I was told my delivery would take up to 12 weeks, but it ended up taking 18 and a half weeks with no explanation for the delay. In fact, they told me in an email that "it will be delivered before August," which obviously wasn’t the case.
They originally gave me a new ETA of June 14, 2024, and from there, it was supposed to be a few days for release, deconsolidation, and clearance, with delivery expected between June 28 and July 17, 2024. Instead, my goods were only delivered on September 1, more than 18 weeks after pickup on April 25!
After paying them $6,000 upfront, I had to spend an extra $700 to cover for their incompetence. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
